He instructed the pupils to adopt good study habits to reach the goal of becoming an Indian adminstrative
officers, further gave message to the students that after achieving the goal the people in your work place where you
worked should acknowledge the work done by you with the great respect and
honour that “the moment when you look at the people they
should have a smile on theire face, and the moment when you leave the place they should
have tears in theire eyes”
