House meeting proceedings of nilagiri b house

HOUSE MEETING PROCEEDINGS OF NILAGIRI JUNIORS

The house meeting of Nilagiri B house was conducted on 6^th June 2014 presided over by the House Master and Associate House Master along with House prefects, as it was the first meeting for academic year 2014-15, pupils were happily invited to the house system, and points discussed are noted here for reference.

·        As per the opinion of the inmates Master Raghvendra was selected as House leader for the academic year 2014-15.

·        Master Akash S.C. was elected as Deputy House. Leader.

·        Based on the recommendation of House leader and deputy leader other leaders for various port folios have been selected as under.

·        Master Sagar as leader for academic activities.

·        Master Madhukumar& pavanakumar as leaders for cultural activities.

·        Master anilakumar and Timmanna  selected as leader for sports and games.

·        Mr Bheemashankar and Mr Sharanabasava as wing leaders

·        Mr bhodisatwa and Mr Aunakumar C. R. as discipline leaders.

·        Mr Arunakumar G.T as leader for House garden development.

·        Elected leaders were given an opportunity to address the inmates.

·        Instructed to fallows the rules of the house system.

·        Leaders and inmates were directed to keep the house neat, and clean always.

·        Directed the house leaders to collect monthly items from the store keeper and distribute the same to all inmates.

The house meeting came to an end after the vote of thanks by A.H.M.

The house meeting of Nilagiri B house had been scheduled on 16^th June 2014 by 8.15pm at Nilagiri B House, presided over by the House Master and Associate House Master along with House prefects, as it was the second meeting in the academic year 2014-15, points discussed are noted here for reference.

·        Shri  Amarasingh Associate House master addressed the inmates by describing the life history of  president of India  shri A.P.J who is known for sincerity, devotion, and patients to achieve excellence by his hard work.

·        House Master motivated the students to take active participation in all curricular and co curricular activities of the vidyalaya  so as to bring name and fame of the Nilagiri house

·        Pupils were instructed to cram the pledge so as to recite at assembly.

·        Respective leaders were asked to maintain strict discipline at hostel.

·         Advised the academic leader to conduct quiz competition in Nilagiri B house and also to maintain document for the same.

·        Wing leaders were directed to prepare the list of inmates for sweeping duty at Hostel wings.

·        Instructed to avoid availing outstation permission for petty reasons.

·        Directed the house leaders to collect monthly items from the store keeper and distribute the same to all inmates.
